Refund policy
At Best Gift Finds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Any product purchased at a discount of 50% or more
- Any product clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
